DELIVERY POLICY

1. All orders placed with UK Reader Promotions Limited are dispatched same or next working day via Royal Mail, APC, DPD, Hermes or other carriers nominated by us form time to time.
2. Orders are dispatched via 2 working day service, Next working day service or 1st class mail dependent on product and you will be advised of the service at time of placing your order with us.
3. Please allow 3 – 5 working days from confirmation of dispatch of your order before contacting us if your order hasn’t been received with in this time scale.
